WWE SmackDown Records Highest Viewership Since Christmas 2020, Ranks #1 In Demo



The viewership and demo ratings for Friday (September 23) edition of WWE SmackDown on Fox have been revealed.

To Brandon Thurston of WrestlenomicsSmackDown attracted 2.535 million viewers. This is up from the September 16 edition which attracted 2.212 million viewers.

This is the highest total viewership for the 2022 event and the highest since Christmas 2020, in which the NFL was the lead-in. Prior to this, it would be the highest since the first empty Arena SmackDown in March 2020.

In the 18-49 demographic, Friday’s show garnered a 0.63 rating. This is up from a week ago which received a 0.50 rating.

SmackDown ranked #1 on all television demos for the night. This is the highest demo rating since the January 21 episode.

The show was heavily promoted for being the latest on the “White Rabbit” mystery and featured Sami Zayn officially becoming the Honorary Us of The Bloodline as well as The Usos defeating The Brawling Brutes to retain the undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship. was kept.
