What happened to Becky Lynch after the Monday (June 27) edition of WWE Raw.
In the final moments of the show, Becky Lynch pinned Dewdrop and won the elimination bout to qualify for the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
After the episode went off air, WWE has now shared a video of Lynch addressing the crowd.
Lynch referred to John Cena’s 20-year celebrations of the night, noting that he didn’t need a loud conversation to feel like he was the living embodiment of “Never Give Up.”
Also admitting that she is the epitome of hustle, loyalty and respect, Lynch said that other women who participate in elimination bouts should ‘respect’ that she got her ass kicked.
Lynch noted, retweeting the video:
@JohnCena Nice to see you. I thought three years ago I told you, now this is my show.
(but you’re welcome anytime)
Cena returned to WWE during Raw, presented by Vince McMahon.
Several short video messages from Cena’s past names were broadcast throughout the show, including cameo appearances by three AEW stars.
