The world is now Wardlow’s oyster as he defeated MJF in an AEW Double or Nothing to officially become a member of the AEW roster. As such, he can chase any goal, and many would like to see his chance to win the AEW World Championship.

in an interview with “Forbes”Wardlow talks about the AEW World Championship. While he admitted that was a goal, there is something else he would like to square off first.

“This is what people need to understand,” Wardlow said. “I’m absolutely 100 percent, without question, I’m going to be the AEW World Heavyweight Champion one day. It doesn’t even matter to me. To me, that’s money in the bank. I’m going to put my energy into the AEW World Title until then.” Can’t give in until I’m done. You don’t need to disrespect Wardlow and get away from him, and there’s a gentleman in the company, so it’s time to pay Piper for that.

“I want to have every title in the company, so the TNT title is just the first one that presented itself to me,” Wardlow said. “Of course, everyone wants to be the World Heavyweight Champion. I want to be the World Heavyweight Champion, but more than that, I want the title I think about every day. I want the title I believe in That he is right, and even more so, I need to teach Dan Lambert and Scorpio Sky some respect.”

After winning the title shot in a Face of Revolution ladder match at AEW Revolution a week earlier, Wardlow challenged Skye for the TNT Championship on March 16 during Skye’s first reign. Sky retained the title due to MJF’s intervention. In a recent episode of “AEW Dynamite”, Wardlow announced his intention to win the TNT Championship from Skye, although a match has yet to be scheduled as Skye has recovered from injury.
