A new update has surfaced on rumors that the AEW EVPs Young Bucks had sent ‘feels’ to WWE.

Matt and Nick Jackson are currently suspended, following their alleged involvement in a backstage fight following CM Punk’s verbal acrimony at the All Out press conference.

It was then reported that the Young Bucks had been approached by WWE talent to assess WWE’s interest in sending ‘feels’. Dave Meltzer later noted that the Young Bucks denied that this had happened.

In the latest update, per Dave Meltzer Wrestling Observer NewsletterThe Young Bucks called a friend in WWE a few months before All Out, but stories about the call were ‘exaggerated’.

Meltzer wrote:

“Another story surfaced, although it is actually from a few months back, about a phone call made by The Young Bucks to a friend in WWE.

“The story was that they asked a wrestler they’ve known for some time, to speak to WWE management, which later became exaggerated, they were looking to talk about leaving and leaving WWE.

“The phone calls being made several weeks before this dispute came to the fore were confirmed by all parties.

“Everyone in talks has denied stories about the conversation, consistently noting that no one has contacted WWE management or anything like that.”

Several names that were suspended after a backstage brawl have been suspended. The reasons for these restorations have now been revealed.
