Twitter has reportedly closed its entire Brussels office, raising fears over whether the platform will comply with new European rules for monitoring online content.

The agency is now closed following mass layoffs of four other officers earlier this month that saw the layoff of about 7,500 employees.

Moser and La Nassa are leading Twitter’s efforts to comply with the European Union’s Digital Services Act, which was implemented last week and sets new rules on how the platform should protect users online.
