Tony Khan reveals what he learned after AEW All Out

AEW President Tony Khan reveals what he’s learned after dealing with the fallout of All Out.

September 4th was a very eventful night for AEW. After the pay-per-view, a backstage fight followed CM Punk’s verbal acrimony during the media scandal after the show.

Feather busted open radio, Khan was asked what was his biggest achievement that weekend. Khan replied:

“Don’t forget that you have great people around you no matter who you are. There are people you can talk to. Everyone has different situations. You have family, friends, people at work, people at school. Don’t forget that there are people who care about you who want to see you succeed.

We have a lot of things happening but there are a lot of great people at AEW who want to grow the company and no matter what the problem, they are the people who are going to come here and make the company work.

“Before the Tournament of Champions, a lot of people walked up to the Tournament of Champions and said ‘I don’t care what’s going on, I love this place, I love you and I want to make it great and I I am here to do whatever you want.

“To hear those kinds of words of reassurance from people like Jon Moxley and Chris Jericho and Brian Danielson, it really means a lot. And then a lot of people come back no matter what you say about them. Guess what, but people coming back to AEW who were away and their returns mean a lot whether it’s Samoa Joe, who is one of the biggest wrestling stars of all time and has a great presence in the locker room, so much to have him back I liked it.

“Or even MJF who has made a big difference on TV. I don’t agree with everything he says but I think wrestling fans love to see MJF on the show every Wednesday.

“It makes a big difference for AEW and for Dynamite on TBS when he is there. It’s really about the fans rallying around AEW. ,

Following the controversy, The Elite was stripped of the Trios Championship and CM Punk’s AEW World Title was vacated.
