Report: Exciting new AEW signings confirmed

Update On AEW Star’s Training Following In-Ring Hiatus



Seeing the interest of both WWE and AEW, an independent wrestling talent has finally decided to sign with AEW.

as reported by wrestling spectatorBandido was offered the contract after a match against Chris Jericho on the 28 September 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite.

Dave Meltzer previously reported that Bandido had signed to an AEW contract, only to correct his reporting a day later.

It has now been confirmed that Bandido has signed with AEW, with Wrestling Observer stating that:

“The length of the deal and the details of his ability to operate outside of AEW are currently unknown.”

Bandido is set to return to AEW for the AEW Rampage on Friday, November 11, which will face Rush.

The match is part of the World Title Eliminator tournament, in which the winner will receive a World Title match at AEW Dynamite Winter Is Coming.

The winner of Bandido vs. Rush will face the winner of Ethan Page vs. Eddie Kingston on AEW Dynamite on Wednesday, November 9.

The final will take place on Saturday, November 19 in AEW full gear, with the title shot on December 14.
