Report: Another name signs deal with AEW

Dark Regular Sky Blue has reportedly signed a deal with All Elite Wrestling fighter selection (Subscription required).

While not diving into details, sources in the report have confirmed that Sky Blue has a deal with the company.

Blue made her AEW debut in the fifth episode of Dark: Elevation in April 2021, losing to Britt Baker in solo action.

While Blue has mostly appeared on Dark and Dark: Elevation, she has since wrestled on Dynamite against Marina Shafir in April, and has competed on Rampage several times.

Sammy Guevara and Te Mello’s most recent Rampage appearance on the August 12 edition of Rampage saw his team unsuccessfully challenge his team with Dante Martin for the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship.

Blue last wrestled for the company during Dark Taping on September 2.

There’s a lot of backstage drama going on at AEW right now, with several top stars being suspended following a backstage wrangling following the September 4 All Out pay-per-view.

Ahead of the September 7 edition of Dynamite Jon Moxley, Brian Danielson and Chris Jericho had a meeting with the talent, which you can read about right here.
