DJ Woo Kidd Reflects On ‘Scissors Me’ Chants At AEW Dynamite Grand Slam

DJ Woo Kid reflects on his experience at the AEW Dynamite Grand Slam.

All Elite Wrestling announced this week that hip hop legend DJ Who Kidd will be a special guest at the September 21 Grand Slam event at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York.

The Brooklyn native made an appearance with The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn in the ring with Max Castor and Anthony Bowens defeating Swear in Our Glory to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

After seeing the insane reaction to The Acclaimed on the show, DJ Who Kid took to social media For sharing your thoughts on the experience at AEW.

he said:

“I’m feeling energized. I felt like I was one of 20,000 people I’ve never had — I mean, I’ve toured with Eminem, 50 Cent, [in front of 100,000 people], But they were stars. This is the first time I have found energy with these people. Appreciated. I was wielding scissors like crazy. I cut off 18,000 fans at the same time. I didn’t know it was legal. Can you use scissors on such people? I don’t know, but it was amazing. ,

Fabolous, a hip hop legend, entered the ring before his performance with The Acclaimed at the AEW Dynamite Grand Slam with Keith Lee and Swarve Strickland.

The AEW World Tag Team Championship joined the ROH World Title as the second title when Chris Jericho defeated Claudio Castagnoli to win his eighth World Championship.
